Returns & Exchanges

Verigold Jewelry is happy to replace an item with another selection, or issue credit according to our guarantee described below. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1.Contact our Customer Service department toll-free at 888-660-4434 between 10am and 6pm EST to begin processing your return or exchange.

2.Request an RA # for returns. Returns without RA # will not be accepted and returned back to sender. Pack product appropriately to avoid and damage. Please be sure your RA # is on the return label for fast processing.

3.For your security, please return your produce with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

At Verigold, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a credit.

(Please note that special orders are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. )

WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF OUR GUARANTEES, OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE, IN OUR DISCRETION, TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR TO REPLACE AND DELIVER EQUIVALENT PRODUCT ITEMS, AS SOON AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE.

THE APPLICABLE CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY, OR WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE AND YOU WILL HAVE WAIVED ANY AND ALL RELATED CLAIMS REGARDING SUCH PRODUCT ITEMS.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ANY SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND UNLESS THEY ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED.
